The Black and Blue Update

So today the blue has turned slightly green.
Still swollen.
Started getting sharp pain down the left side of my foot during the day. It didn't help that I was on my feet all day either!! =(

Just returned from the chiropractors, primarily for my seized up shoulder, mind you, but now my foot has been soothed by a nice ice gel. Nice.
And I've been told I should keep my foot up as much as possible. Does that mean I should not go to work tomorrow night?? I wouldn't object to that. We'll see.
