Anyone for a bath?
Liz and I just returned from a most gorgeous day in a manual Barina (Vauxhall Corsa) 1.2L (weird) on a road trip to Stonehenge and Bath. Bath has been a definite highlight so far. The ticket included a free glass of the actual hot spring water to drink, which would have cost 50p otherwise. Apparently, they drank it ages ago believing it cures many ailments. It probably does, but it tasted weird so I had to ask the lady Liz bought an ice cream from for another glass of normal water to take the taste out of my mouth, and we managed to get pub food for lunch with a 25% discount cos we ate after 2:30pm. Bonus! I didn't want to come back! well it's dinner time!! (9:45pm) Off to Scotland tomorrow! (Tuesday) Later.
