CC not happy
Be warned. This is a rant. I dislike summer for one reason. Cats. I'm allergic to them, and currently, we have strays in our backyard that are BREEDING! Ugh! And they carry on and miaow all night! Happy am I not. I'm sleep deprived. I'll get my own back though - I'm going to the council today to pick up a trap, so one by one, they will be eliminated! Haha!
Then there's the ACU. Where do I start? Oh yeah. They haven't paid me. I was told that I would be paid either yesterday or the day before, but low and behold, I checked my account this morning, and no money! Talk about a major stuff up! It's all been fixed now, and they tell me I will now be paid on the 23rd! 2 days before Christmas! How am I supposed to go Christmas shopping?!
Then there's the phone bill I received yesterday for my mobile - $104.32!!!!!!!!!! That's when I realised that some company that's been pranking me with smses at least twice a day since late October has been charging ME for sending them to me when I DIDN'T ask for them to 50cents for each one! I finally found out how to stop it, but to try and get my money back, I'll have to call the company in the US, ie. make an international call, to negotiate with them, and chances are, they'll say no, then that'll be another waste of money. So I can't be bothered.
Then on another phone related subject, I just changed over to a prepaid cap 2 days ago, and when they were porting my number over to the new sim card, I was disconnected for about 5 hours, and in that time, I know of at least one person trying to call, but gosh, if work was trying to call me to ask me to work, then that means I've also lost money cos they couldn't reach me! Yes, I'm fuming! but I feel slightly better now.
