Anyone like a roast?
Of all days to go out to the city this week, I picked today...in blistering 37ºC heat! And when I met a couple of friends for lunch, one of them exclaimed how nice it was outside, as the air conditioning inside had chilled her to the bone! Then I had to walk all the way up the hill to Macquarie St from Pitt St Mall to meet someone. And after my meeting, I walked all the way back to Town Hall station, which wasn't too bad. The train ride was gross though, the windows hardly opened, and there was no air conditioning *GGRRRRRR*. To top that all off, you could hear the wind howling outside, and see bushfires to the north and to the south. We're in for a hot one this year!

I just got home from taking a drive in peak hour traffic to pick up 2 rolls of film I left for processing yesterday. They were from the wedding I went to on Saturday, and from my baby sister's formal (ok, before she left the house). The two rolls got burnt up pretty quickly - the second one especially. The two camera thieves at the reception are pretty good photographers, I must say! =) I think that I now have enough candid pictures of people dancing to last me the next two weddings!
