Don't you just hate it when you have a deadline, you want to put in an order for something, the person to talk to isn't there and the person who answers the phone is useless, and the right person doesn't call you back for three days?! Frustration +++. End of venting, because the right person just called me back, and finally, we have some progress. *deep breath in..... deep breath out*.
