Long lost blasts from the past

So it turns out that the hospital I'm at this week is the place to be if I'm going to bump into anyone and everyone who has ever even been remotely part of my life! Not only did I have a pleasant day with this group of students (half of whom I've had before last year at Concord when they were scared little First Years) but I ended up having a nice mocha with Mish, went for a walk with her afterwards, then bumped into:
  • the mother of a girl I've known since preschool;
  • the grandmother of the above (who's actually the patient);
  • a girl I went to uni with who's an acting manager of a ward;
  • another group of students whom I've had twice before (but another facilitator's got them this week), and
  • a nurse who works in ICU at the home hospital I work at who was visiting her uncle in ICU.

    Never in a million years did I think I'd see that many people when I wrote what I wrote yesterday! That's all I think. That's enough too! I've been nothing but a social butterfly today!
