Tower Bridge
For you impatient people out there...

Tower Bridge the night we arrived in London. The bridge had been put up to let a ship pass through, it then got stuck until the next morning. You can also see a few more photos on my Flickr site. I haven't uploaded many photos yet. I'm limited to only uploading 20mb/month and I've already used that up!

Tower Bridge two days after it was stuck. Typical British weather... It bucketed down about an hour later.

Kensington Palace
Kensington Palace on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Trooping the colours for the Queen's Birthday. It was only a rehearsal, but it was a bonus as we were only expecting to see the changing of the guard, but this was better. This is a pic of all the cops after it, before they opened the road up again to traffic.

Stonehenge
What can I say? I've been there now. It was cool, but nothing that spectacular to write home about. A pile of rocks, and no one is quite sure really what they were really for or the significance of the placement of each rock anyway. One can only waste their time guessing and speculating. It was fun getting there and seeing it nonetheless.

Bath
Bath was very cool! Went straight there in our little hired car right after seeing Stonehenge. Got a bit snaphappy there though! Absolutlely loved the town, but Viv my friend was right - parking was absolutely ridiculously expensive. After the bath house, we visited the Jane Austen Centre and drooled over Colin Firth.
